trying to find info, on a james evans b. 1806 london
he was not with his family frances evans on the 1861. for brighton.
think i found him at marleybone christ church, working as superintendant at a workhouse, how can i find out if this is the
same james evans

Can you give some more details please?

Where was he in the 1851 census?

What area of London was he in?

Could he have gone to Brighton for work for a short time during the 1861 census?

frances.b.1826. london
george,b,1833 brighton
jane.b.1835.brighton
james.b.1838 brighton.

1851,c, assume they were in brighton?

1861.c. mary living on her own
frances 32yrs .m, john hayselden
george.27yrs
jane 25yrs

1871.c. george
eliza [w]
mary [mother] age 70yrs
george 71yrs uncle .b.london
francis hayselden

as he was not on the 1861.c.in brighton. i wondered if this was him
in london
