I am currently looking for my friends sister.

We have limited information on here.

We definatly know her first name is Rachel, and believe her surname is Evans.

Her father is Andrew Evans, and we believe her mother is Vicky.

And we know she was born in Kent, possible Margate, Folkstone, or Dover.

Sorry if this all sounds a bit vague!

Can you help?

Rachel Evans born Dover July 1986 16 1585 786.

Mother Beaumont.

Marriage Andrew Evans and Vicki J Beaumont Shepway Kent Feb 1986

There were two more siblings born to an Evans and mother Beaumont but they were both in Ashford Kent

Michael Evans b. 1989
David Evans b 1985

Dont know if this helps.

Try 192.com to see if you can find Rachel. Up until 2005 there were only 3 marriages in Kent but for some unknown reason these were all Rachel L Evans - no Rachel Evans
