And was Ellesmere his birthplace?

Hi,
thanks for looking. Walters father was samuel 1846, mother elizabeth 1845, also brother john 1873 and matthew 1880. I don't think matthew survived til 1891 census. Samuel born in Greenhill shrops, all the others at Kenwick park ellesmere.

Walter is showing on find my past census listing for 1891 and he was mentioned by family members during the 1970s. sadly these are now longer with us so I'm trying to trace any half brothers & sisters living family to Samuel Evans 1904.

thanks for the info but still have doubts on birth in Bishops Castle We're off to look for records at Ellesmere tomorrow.
