Do you think someone could look up for me and see if this James Evans baptism date of 15 Sept 1816, in Walcot St Swithin Somerset or 10 Nov 1816 Bath St Michael Somerset is the James Evans b Bath Somerset in 1816, who married Sophia Stainer in 1836 Walcot Somerset??? Please. thanks Linda.

Unless you can find another record of the James (Who married Sophia) with his parents as named on either baptism record then it is going to be difficult to determine which of the two baptisms is his.

Walcot St Swithin is actually a parish within Bath so giving their birthplace as Bath would apply to both.

Researching:
Don't put off until tomorrow doing what you can do today. If you like doing it today you can do it again tomorrow. Be kind to your children for it is they who will decide which care home you end up in.
