Hi I'm tring to follow my mothers, fathers side of the family. My grandfather was Henry George Evans born 29/1/1910 Islington, London. He died 4/7/1943 in North Africa. All I know of his family is his father Thomas Evans was born in Wales and his father was Edward Alfred Evans. It's not much to go on but can anybody help please!! |

I have a Thomas Emrys Evans whose father was Edward Evans, all I know is the he came from S.Wales and that he married a Mabel Richards. I know that they had one son as listed in the 1911 census and that was Mervyn Evans born in 1908 in Caerphilly, Glamorgan. Mabel Richards was my father's aunt. |
