Looking for family members to WILLIAM PARSONAGE EVANS, born June 5th, 1871 in Styal, Cheshire. Father was publican at Ship Inn, Styal, Cheshire. Mother was butcher next door. Was Engineer/Inventor, lived at 72 Park Lane, Salford, Lancashire then moved to Swinton, Lancashire in 1920's, The Hollies, 128 Manchester Road, founder of W.P. Evans, with factories in Clifton, Frederick Road, Salford and Manchester, New Hampshire. Married SARAH JANE WESTON, had 9 Children. ELSIE, HANNAH, MARGARET, EDITH, ELIZABETH, DOROTHY, JAMES, JACK & CONSTANCE. Was World Champion Swimmer, Channel swimmer. Northern Industrialist.
