Chris Evans / Sheila Evans We are trying to trace our paternal grandparents Robert Evans who was born in 1875 in Staffordshire who was married to Fanny Eccleston who we believe was born in approximately 1878. They moved up to Denaby Main in South Yorkshire at the turn of the 19th century bringing with them their two daughters Fanny and Sarah Jane. Sarah Jane was born in Willenhall in 1899 and our grandfather Jonah Evans was born here in Yorkshire in August 1903. We know that when our great grandparents moved to Yorkshire that there was still family members living in the Willenhall area. Anyone with any information we would love to hear from you as we have reached a stand still until we can visit the Staffordshire records office. Thanks and hope to hear from someone soon. |
