I am trying to find any relatives of my Father Albert Charlton Evans,known as Bill and his Mother called him Victor which I believe was his Father's name. He was born in Bradford in 1919, and his Father died as a result of injuries received in the 1st W.War His Mothers's name was Madelaine I believe, and she remarried. My Father joined the Royal Navy at the age of 14, and served for 14 years. He had a Sister who married someone in the RAF, and a Brother who became a linguist. His Mother moved to Thame in Oxfordshire about 1949/51 and my Mum and Dad moved down to live with her for a short while. I believe that when she died she was suffering from parkinson's disease. |
