Looking for any information on Philip Alexander FAULKNER(my g grandfather). He was born in 1888 in CHartham, Kent to Arthur and Elizabeth (nee COOMBS) he married Ellen BROWN in 1910 in the Bridge area of Kent, and was listed on his eldest son Horaces birth certificate (1911) as a PlateLayer for South Eastern and Chatham Rail. According to his medal card he was in the Royal Engineers in WWI, and according to family legend he left his wife after he came back (for which my grandfather never forgave him). If anyone has any info on what he got up to, where he ended up after he left, please get in touch. |
