Member Since: August 2005 Posts: 5 Send Message	HI All Alice Selina Floyd b 1884 in Tasmania Australia Parents William Floyd b.1846 Tasmania married Sophia Matthews (Mathews) 5 Sept 1872 b.23 Feb 1849 Longford Tasmania Known as Sophia, Name was Mary Sophia Mathews. Spelt Saphiah Mathews in www.Familysearch.org records. Alice had a child in 1913 ~ Alice Selina Floyd's Child Mavis Mary Floyd b 10/05/1913 Tasmania ~ d. 1991 Car Villa Cemeterty Tasmania In the 1914 Tasmanian Electoral rolls. Alice appears to be living in Baly dally a region in the Deloraine district of Tasmania. This is where the records end. No registration of marriage in Tasmania, Queensland, New South Wales, Australia. Also not in New Zealand where some of the family lived in 1900 onwards (Floyd is rampant there! in Rotorua, New Zealand).
