Member Since: December 2002 Posts: 10 Send Message	Tracing my grandfather's ancestry, his birth certificate says his mother's maiden name was Gardner - news to the family! Grandfather's name was Alfred Towers Weston - unclear if surname or middle name is father's surname. Great aunt's name was Gladys. Both were born in Leicester (possibly in the city, e.g. Cobden Street area) in around 1920. Some mention within my family that their birth mother died, grandfather had no recollection of her. Looking to trace Gardner side of the family, or Towers/Weston side. Thanks!
