I am looking for any information on brothers and sisters of William Gibbs, born 1820 in Dinnington, Somerset, also down as Chard. On the 1841 census he was already married to Sarah Phelps and living in his in-laws house. One of his sons, George, moved up to Lancashire via Wales and Durham. I would be interested to know if there are still members of the Gibbs family in the Chard area. Thanks, Kathryn |

if you go to your local public library I believe they hold telephone directories for the UK - you could check in the one that covers Chard |
