Hi My maiden name was Bell, my fathers name was Leonard Bell (known as tinkle in the army), he was killed just before I was born in 1944. My mother has now passed away and I have found letters from Boss & George, address 4 Padley Close, Ripley, Derbyshire DE5 3FG dated 5th and 13th December 1989. From the contents it looks as if the writer was married to my fathers sister and they has a daughter named Barbara, and he wrote to say that they had visited my father grave in France. If anyone out there knows anything about these letters please contact me.
