Find Ancestors

Any help whatsoever would be greatly appreciated im looking for records of Sheldon John Green(c1937 - 1983), Doreen Green(c1941) and there father John Green (c1905 - c1984) I dont know the year they where born so i have estimated it the best i can, both the above males(Sheldon and John) where self employed window cleaners, i beleive Doreen Green may be still alive but cannot be sure.Sheldon Green Sheldon Green also has a son still alive also called Sheldon John Green(my father) but we have no way of tracing any of these as my father has no address ect nor does he know doreens married name i think her Husband was/is called Ken, if anyone could help me at all it would be greatly appreciated. The only way to find the mothers name would be to get the certificate.

Have looked 1936-1948 for birth for Doreen with no luck.
Did find 1 in Leicester 1948 but mothers maiden name was Brown.Could Doreen have been older than her brother?

sorry yes she is older my dad told me shes younger, but my nan said shes older and shes definitly still alive i think her birth year would be befor 1935 as my nan was born then and she said shes older than her, is there anyway of finding john greens parentage?

I think you would need to buy the marriage certificate to confirm details i,e it should give their age ,fathers name and occupation ,details that we need if you want to get further back with the families

for death records and John Greens birth index but the only way to really find out who his parents were would be to get the birth certificate as mothers maiden name wasnt on a birth index until late 1911 so there is no knowing who the parents are.
With out a year of marriage for Dorren it would be hard to find an index as each quarter in each year would have to be checked.

The marriage cert. for John and Mabel would give his fathers name and occupation also hers to confirm it is the right family i have suggested,as her birth wan't until 1907 .did you have any luck finding death indexes? If you are checking for a birth index for John William then as well as Dec, quarter 1903 you need to look at jan- Mar 1904 qtr.. as well in case it wasnt registered until Jan, The Gro will do a check on the birth date if you look at the order certificates info on the site.
