Green is a tough name to sort out with all the possibles but here is some info:

Frederick W VENTHAM married Doris GREEN JFM 1942 in Birmingham. (6d 799)

You will need the certificate to be sure of Doris's parents. Ventham is easier as it is not so common.

Found birth of Frederick W VENTHAM JFM 1914 Birmingham. Mothers surname BELSHAM.

The best birth for Doris I could see was in AMJ 1913
Birmingham. Mothers names LACEY.

Found a marriage of a Paul GREEN in 1899 Birmingham and a Florence LACEY was on the same page.
1901 census
6 Ryland Placve, Ladywood Birmingham
Paul Green 1875 B'ham, brass worker
Florence GREEN 1879 B'ham.
No children.

There is a good chance the children were born between 1901 and 1913 when Doris was born.
However the records do not show mothers maiden name before 1911 so to find them could be costly as there will be quite a few with the names you have posted. To be sure of the above you will need that marriage certificate.

Best regards

Found a marriage of a William VENTHAM to Olive H BELSHAM JFM 1915 Birmingham.

Olive Hartshorne BELSHAM was born 1885 Aston Birmingham. (Seen as Belshaw in 1901 census)

William VENTHAM not too sure about he may be a lot older or born out of Warwickshire. May need the marriage cert. to be sure.

Found the following sibs for Frederick W VENTHAM

Doris E 1913 B'ham (MMN Belsham)
Eileen F 1915 B'ham (MMN Selsham)
Clarrissa W 1917 B'ham (MMN Belsham)
James C 1918 B'ham (MMN Belsham)
