hi there folks hope u all well. gone over to hubbys side of tree now thought mine was complicated.got up 1911 census for his grans side alice rooke(nee green dob 1909 halifax) if right plenty of siblings but not a (horace green dob 1900)we took it he was her brother who moved to surrey . he passed away 1987 i am thinking he may have been a cousin large family thanks for any info would like to attach him to relations bye for now julie.

Did Horace have middle name and why if he is brother to Alice,isnt he Rook?
Was he born before her mum married.

1911 Edward rook 1878 london cab driver
Emily 1881 brighouse
Leslie 1980 Brighouse
Alice 1909 brighouse
8,Waterloo road brighouse.

Is this correct family?

Are these the births you are referring to.
No Horace in 1900.

Alice rook had brother Leslie 1907 married Alice Maud Green 1909-2001.

She had a brother Horace green 1914-1986 he married Miss Shaw in Halifax 1937,is this who you are looking for??

Horace 1914 is the correct one as same people on here have him plus Alice Green 1908 and Leslie Rooke 1907/8.

cheers mary i too looked at this. think middle name was horace "enoch" green. it is confusing with 1911 census households having alice on both thank you .julie
