You won't find out any more about the marriage other than what has been given you

...... you have to buy the marriage certificate to see the details.


A certificate costs £9.25 when bought from GRO (General Records Office) ....... go to this site to order:-

www.gro.gov.uk/gro/content/certificates/



NEVER pay pore than £9.25 ........................ several sites, including this one, offer to get certificates for you, but they charge much much more.

thanks to all who helped me. Sylvia - i will def order their marriage certificate. Sad thing is, Dorothy was my husbands grandmother and was prob still alive until the 60s at least and he didn't know her. Families hey!!!! Dawn
