i am trying to find links between the green family of armthorpe doncaster and the green family from worksop and lancashire. my grandfather was RALPH GREEN my grandmother was VIOLETGREEN (nee HANCOCK) we also have irish descendants named BURKE. I believe my grandfathers family were undertakers in the days of the horse drawn carriage. my grandmother worked as a barmaid in a public house in worksop where she met my grandfather,who was a chef in the army and later a miner at markham main colliery my father is RALPH BERNARD GREEN who had 2 brothers GEORGE & VINCENT and one sister called WINNIFRED. my father married JOAN TOMPSON and had 5 children MICHAEL, DENISE,DOREEN,KIETH and KEVIN i would be grateful for any further information

are you show you have this right. My grandmother was called Winifred Green, Im the daughter of of Tony Green also known as Anthony, his sister was called Ann Green, My mother was called Violet Iris Green
