'DODGER' GREEN - If you are out there - please contact. You knew my husband JOHN SULLY [a.k.a. SUL] in the army in MALAYA. He will be 70 next April - He still speaks of you now. |

Dear Elsa, I have no idea if my father is the one you are looking for, but I know my dad was known as Dodger during the war in Burma during the second world war. His real name is William (Bill). Does your husband remember anything else about him that might identify him. Look forward to hearing from you. Kind Regards Sara (Dodger's daughter). |

iVE ONLY JUST SEEN YOUR REPLY FROM 2007!!! oOPS - SORRY! My husband is unsure if this is the same man - however, do you know whether he was in the Cheshire regt. and did your DODGER receive the military medal [mm]? Did he serve in Malaya between 1957/59. He may have had connections with Wolverampton and often spoke of a pub called The Fighting Cocks. Does this help? |
