i have just found out that a relation of mine john greenwood born 1879 Walthstow London not sure or hackney, was buried with gun carrage honours, but i dont know what regiment or anything other than that can anybody help me please, all the best sharon

Did John have a middle name? Did he die in the war? Did he marry/have children? That would narrow it down a bit.

all i can say is that he was married to a hannah and had 4 children but sadly i have not seen or spoke to them ,
