Find Ancestors

trying to find thomas and james hall. james was my great grandfather born about 1865/6 .james was Listed on1901 census as born in pancras. On his marriage certificate to elizabeth king in 1886 his father was shown as thomas hall -deceased. Cannot find either of them together on 1871 or 1881 census. Any help or info would be gratefully appreciated as I have been stuck with this for ages

btw a James John Hall was born Dec 1887 St Pancras, that could explain his name changing.

this james born 1887 was the brother of my grandmother emma, My grandfather James married in 1886.

I have a James Hall in my tree, but he married Elsie, her surname us unknown. But if you could tell me who his children were, i might be able to help you.
