Springthorpe is both a parish and a village about 4 miles east of Gainsborough and 9 miles south of Scunthorpe. thanks again june,lincolnshires a right pain for parishes,theres hundreds of them,ive got people in my tree that are registered under severel different parishes at once,but i suppose its all part of the fun gary |
