My paternal grandmother's name would have been Joyce Hall. She married a man from Bangladesh in London sometime before WW2 and went on to have a number of children, including my father Mohamed/Michael in the 1940's. I believe she died of lung cancer, but I could be wrong. I also believe that she had relatives in Newcastle.

Are you sure they married,
if so it looks like a hall/hall marriage if this is your father.

Name: Mohamed Hall
Mother's Maiden Surname: Hall
Date of Registration: Jan Feb Mar 1946
Registration district: Pancras
Registration county: Greater London
Volume Number: 1b
Page Number: 69

So what are you trying to find out?

I was going to ask if you have your fathers birth cert and also what your surname is (and hence your grandfathers surname).

But if that is your dads birth cert it looks like they didnt marry - what are the names of your uncles and aunts.
