Trying to find descendants of John Gordon HALL who was born 25 Jun 1938 in Bury St Edmunds, Suffolk, died 30 Dec 1991 in a car accident in New York. His father was John Arthur Victor HALL, mother Stella LUCAS. I believe John Gordon married and had two children. His brother would like to make contact with them.

Did John move to America or was he visiting? I assume you mean the American New York?

Do you have any other data about him? Do you think he married there or here?

From the Southern Evening Echo, Southampton, 1 Feb 1992:
HALL
JOHN GORDON
Age 53. Died 30 December 1991,
result of car accident New York state. One time Merchant Navy, based in Southampton. Divorced. Leaves son and daughter.
The advertisement was placed by John's father 1/2/92, 3/2/92 & 4/2/92
He is now deceased as well. John may have married and had his children in the Southampton district, but it could have been in some other part of England or overseas. John was a trained chef. He worked on the Blue Line passenger liners before he had an accident to his hand. It is possible that he had been working in the USA at the time of the car accident.
