My grandmother Alice Hall was born in Bayswater, Middlesex on 12th July 1862 - daughter of Charles Hall (born c 1835, also in Middlesex) Alice married my grandfather Walter Grove in Send, Surrey on 4th August 1883. I would like to know more about Alice's parents, and siblings. I have no name for her mother, not a Christian name or maiden name. I have a photo of Alice and Walter and all their 12 remaining children, with Alice's mother sitting beside her. This was taken by a relative George Chesmore in 1908 when my father, Vernon Grove was two years old. If you have a Charles Hall with a daughter Alice, and in Middlesex/Surrey in this time frame I would be very happy to hear from you!! |
