Trying to find out about my Grandfather James Hall born on 14th December 1887[ may be danbury Essex] and died in 1969 in Reigate. He was living in Felcourt near Lingfield when my father was born in the 1920's. I cant find any record of him anywhere. He was married to Mildred Chapman known as May. Someone must know something of him especially anyone with Lingfield connections or Danbury if that is where he was born. Could be a connection with the Shorter family in Surrey? Any help no matter how little would be gratefully received |
