the marriage of stephen harris 1841

hi, can anyone please help me find the partner of Stephen harris who was b1816 and appears to have married in June 1841. The number is 11 458a There is only three people on the list and I don't know how to find the fourth name. If I have the right marriage to Stephen then his wife's first name is Sarah. Thank You

I entered the forename only.......plus the district and year/qtr........and hey presto!
