Hi,
I am looking for my gt gt grandmother ELIZA HARRIS, born sometime in the late 1800's, not too sure exactly when, but all i know is that she has a Daughter Matilda Grummett who was born in 1910, Matilda is my gt grandmother,
any one with any information

Can not see a Eliza Harris coming from England direct to OZ in that timescale.

The only prior to 1910

GRUMMETT J 1873 1903 London Australia Sydney


If you know the Eliza Harris/ Grummett marriage details it will give your their father's names & occupations.
This will give you more data to pinpoint her birth details.

Hi there,
cheers for that. you got the right info u put in about Matilda with marriage to Frederick Hodges. Matilda's mother Eliza, i dont have much info at all on her marriage, nor does my nanna ..
