Without the name of son and clarification of birth year etc etc

in 1911 a Glover family is living at 25 Ancill, Fulham - for what that might be worth!

There is no Harris-Sherringham marriage, so we don't even know that grfather's surname was Harris .........

An Annie Sherringham may have married a George Kerwood *Morris* in 1897!

Not a lot of Annie Sherringhams around, at least.

There is a marriage in Chelsea in 1878 for a George Harris to Annie Sherman

The 1911 census has its own website.

You need to find your grandfather on both of those if possible.

With a bit of luck he will be with his parents on the 1901 which will give you an idea of their ages, his father's occupation, the age of the eldest sibling etc.

When you have found that info and if you are still stuck - come back and ask again.

Yes, that's the marriage I suggested.

Since we still don't know which century is in issue, I'd be waiting for some sign of life from Edward! His grandfather's name and correct birthdate would be marvellously useful.

Nobody can find a marriage to match those names, Edward, so it seems either they weren't married or Annie had been married before and the marriage is under a different surname.

The 1901 census that Glitter Baby posted up at the top does seem to be your people.
