Would anyone have any knowledge of a Elizabeth Mary Harris who married Charles William Cranfield 1924 at the \register office in Guildford Surrey. The date of the marriage was 4th October. Elizabeth had been previously married to a Charlie Harris. I know she was still around in 1943 but she seems to have disappeared after that . She was born in 1898 or 1899 in Kent . Her mother was a single lady.

If she went back to using her maiden name, and she was, as Kathleen suggested, Elizabeth Mary Richardson, there are several possible deaths for Elizabeth Mary and Mary Elizabeth.
Is there any possibility that she married again?
This is a Mary Elizabeth:

If she moved across country (staying with children from first marriage?) then you definitely need an exact date of birth to help pin her down.
