Member Since: April 2004 Posts: 4 Send Message	information please on ISAAC HARRIS, born in or near BRIGHAM, Cumberland in 1837. Cannot find him on the 1841 or 1851 Censuses, was in Liverpool by 1861, died there in 1874.
