I am trying to trace my grandfathers family. His name was John Harrison and he was born in Hanle, Stoke Upon Trent in 1913. He was married to Ann Twaddle from Glasgow and died there in 1983 approx age 68. He had at least two sisters: Mary and Kathleen born Hanley stoke upon trent in 1907. I am told that Kathleen married Ann Twaddle's brother! My great grandfather was also John Harrison born 1883 and that he was married to a Catherine Morican (sometimes spelt morrican) in Hanley, Stoke upon Trent in 1906. My great great grandfather was William Harrison born circa 1858 and his wife was Grace Shaw?? And finally my great, great great grandfather was possibly Issac Harrison born circa 1830 and married to Fanny. I would love to hear from anyone who can shed some light on these details. Regards Elizabeth (Lisa) Brady nee Harrison. |
