Hi all. Would some kind soul please mind checking the outgoing passenger lists departing UK post 6th July 1893 for the next few years for the following couple...
HARTLEY - George Henry b: 1853 Bradford - Shipping Clerk HARTLEY - Clara Louise (nee Nicholson) b: 1864 Melbourne Australia
LIKELY DESTINATIONS: AUSTRALIA, NEW YORK, SAN FRANCISCO, GERMANY
I can't find hide no hair of them since their marriage on that date. It's been suggested I request help on the passenger lists as it's highly likely they travelled a great deal on business.
Fingers crossed and hope to hear from someone soon. Thank you all.

Hi,
Lorraine on the Records Office Board does lookups for U.S.A, maybe she might be able to help you.
Good luck

Hi,
Can you please combine this with your previous thread about the same family, it saves people duplicating information that has already been given

Could this be Clara? For some reason I can't get on to your other thread through that link. She was going to Montreal to her husband who was a clerk for Allen Lines, I think. Children Grace, 11, Harold 9 and Reg 8 travelled with her.

Hello everyone. Thank you all so much for the quick response. Apologies for the new thread Mel. I'm not too talented about doing this right, sorry.
I'll try Lorraine and see if she can help..great lead so thank you Mel.
Alviegal, that's great but unfortunately not my girl. No Elanaor in her name. I got all excited then!!! LOL
Kay, are there any further details from the two FMP listings you found that could lead me to a residential address? Actually, any little tidbit of info would be fabulous. As I've mentioned in other postings, there's been almost zero info about them since the wedding and they've become my alien abductions, so any scrap would be greatly appreciated...also..I strongly suspect George may have passed away in 1899 in Wharfedale but it's not supported with documentary evidence..info is from Free BMD deaths....BUT...I could be wrong and your two mentions could well be him.
Thank you so much everyone for all you time and effort.

Could any transcripts be added to help Sadie?

This is the transcripts Kay found.
No information except that he was married. The majority of passengers are classed as Lady or Gent. There are some merchants and nurses as well.
