Member Since: March 2004 Posts: 0 Send Message	I am trying to find CHARLES HARTLEY who was born around 1926/1927 and who lived in Shaw Street, Blackburn with his father and siblings. His mother died during childbirth. I think he joined the Army and spent some time in Rothesay, Isle of Bute, Scotland during 1946.
