My grandmother was sent to Canada on the 16th May 1908 to New Brunswick. I wondered if any one was able to check the records at the Brimingham Archives to see why she was sent there. Her mother ended her life in a mental institution and I wonder if this was the reason |

If you Google "Home Children" there are loads of sites that will give you information about children who were sent to Canada |
