trying to find Ada Jane Hayward. She had a daughter Lilian Clara born 1898 and a son Jack Norman born 1901. The fathers name is not given on either birth certificate. I have two addresses for her in 1898 she was living in 301 New North Road, Islington, London and in 1901 175 Balls Pond Road, Islington. I also believe there may be a connection in Brighton as I have a letter written (dated April 1901) by Ada Hayward to a Mrs Eckett in London, in 1901 from an address in Brighton she mentions Jack (her son) Mrs Eckett was going to bring Clara and Jack up. Really would like to find out more as Jack Norman Hayward was my grand father. |
