Trying to find Hayward

I am looking for more information on the family of Ethel Minnie Hayward (my great-grandmother) of Lower Slaughter, Gloucestershire. She went into domestic service and lived in Coventry where she met and married William Henry Angliss. She is reputed to have been a bit of a lady or even a Lady in some stories (not true as on the 1901 census she's in domestic service). However I do know two lady relatives ran a school in Lower Slaughter and another story is that a male relative was a master (or even headmaster!) at Rugby School. Would love to separate the myth from the truth on this one.
