Trying to find marriage of George Hill of Rotherham to an irish lass in London when he was in the Coldstream Guards possibly a Catherine or Kathleen. He was there in about 1920-1925. Then he went home to Rotherham and met my gran. Can't find any papers to do with her. Rumours had it that she disappeared and didn't like rotherham so moved back to Ireland or even London. They had a son also called George. Sorry i have no more information other than that. |

ops sorry just spotted deliberate mistake, always got told off for not putting full stops or commors. He is George Hill of Rotherham i.e. born in Rotherham. Sorry |
