trying to find out what happened to walter hill who is down as my great grandfathers son on the 1881 census for hereford my great grandfathers name was richard hill!!! he then later married my great grand mother kate edith davis but there is no mention of walter after 1881!!!

well in the 1881 census is is twenty so i think he was born in 1861 he was a railway engine cleaner as my great grandfather was a railway engine driver
