I am trying to locate members of the Hill, Macarthur and other families associated by marriage etc. for my father. I am trying to locate family members of the Hills of Liverpool. My father's name is Robert Henry Hill. My grandfather's name was Samuel Hill and he married Mary Elizabeth Rusling. My grandfather's family had strong links with Liverpool. My Grandparents resided in Liverpool for a short period after WW2, after which they returned to my grandmother's home town of Bridgend in South Wales. My grandparents had strong links with Coity and Nolton Church. My Grandfather was a Sunday school teacher. My father has/had a relative by the name of Agnes Macarthur who he believes resides in the wigan area, whom he is VERY keen to locate. Also, one of my grandfather's relatives who was born in the mid to late 1800's,Walter Hill who is associated with Lulsgate and/or Shrewsbury. |
