trying to find George and Elizabeth Hill, married in Plymouth 1813, and whose children appear on 1841 census (william tinsmith, John shipwright, Joseph labourer) alone in Plymouth George was a stonemason/bricklayer ans Elizabeth's maiden name was Wills, their first child a daughter Elizabeth Smith Wills Hill baptised Oct 1813 is a clue to the name smith being involved somewhere. None of their sons marriage certificates, indicate George was dead in 1851, so where was he on the 1841 and 1851 census??? any ideas????? |
