Hello - I m Margaret Whelan - nee Jones. Looking for my grandmother - Annie /Agnes HILL. Born 8 Feb 1877. Married George Reid WALL 05.Oct 1902 in Sparkhill Birmingham. Had 4 children. Frederick. Ethel.Florence - my mother - and Hector James (Jim). George was killed in 1915 - Gallipoli- and Annie/ASgnes remarried - Henry John Bennett (aged 22) 15 May 1916. in Birmingham and - as far as I know ,contnued living in Birmingham. (Florence and Hector were born in Leek Staffs area) No father s name given on either marriage certificate. My mother - Florence - died 1948 and contact with others on that side of family lost. Hope some one out there may have some info. Thanks. |
