Trying to get information about William Hill, born 1862 Drewsteignton Devon, married Hanna Aggett born1867 Drewsteignton. Two children, William born 1892 and Reginald born 1898 Reginald was killed on his 21st birthday during the 1st World War. In 1891 William & Hanna kept The Sandy Park Inn near Drewsteignton and at the same time William carried on his trade as a Blacksmith. In 1901 the whole family were carrying on the Blacksmith business at the Square, Darlind Lodge, Chagford, Devon. William was also an Instructor to Devon County Council Hanna was suject of an oil painting called 'A Devonshire Lass' when she was about 20yrs., The painting was hung in the Royal Academy of Arts, London about 1888/90. Any information about them would be gratefully received in particular Hanna's painting. Where is it now? Thanks for your help. John.
