Member Since: March 2007 Posts: 1 Send Message	I am trying to find information about my mother, Mary Alice Hughes. She married William Henry Marsden in 1934 in Croydon and she died in 1957 in St Joseph's Hospice, Hackney. I believe she had a sister Joan who had 2 sons. I am one of 5 daughters to Mary Alice and William Henry and know absolutely nothing about my mother's family. If anyone can give me any leads at all I would be so grateful. Denise

	Do you have the 1934 marriage certificate? That will give you her age then you can try to find her birth certificate. The marriage certificate will also give her father's name. Also the witnesses on the certificate might be relatives.
