We are trying to find information about our grandmother born Sarah Hughes on 19 September 1889 ( so her death cert states)Llangenech South Wales. Gran became a nurse in WW1 in Caterham where she met and married William Davies from Llandegai North Wales.
We know that relatives would visit from South Wales especially a couple called Will and Doris and their daughters - Elaine and Susan .

Have you looked on FreeBMD for her birth and the marriage. The marriage cert should name her father,if known

Re Sarah( Hughes) Davies
Thank you to jax, Shirley and Glitter Baby for your replies. We have tried all the registry offices in Camarthen but there does not appear to be a record of her birth. I have her death cert and marriage cert.
We are hoping that someone in grans family would see the request and be able to fill in the blanks in her history and then find out who the rest of that side of the family are

It would be very unlikely that any person related to this family seeing this in the near future. You could always try and search for family members by using the search trees above

Have you found her on any census with her father?
