Trying desperately to locate a William John Hughes. I have no information on him, but I know he married an Elizabeth Evans (probably between 1895 and 1901). They had boys: Hopkin William Kenneth Victor and Rose - a girl. I have so far managed to find Victor as having been born in Mill Street, Maesteg, circa 1905. Family rumour has it that William John left his wife, and is buried in a pauper's grave in London somewhere. I'm pretty certain all the children were born in Maesteg, but searching is a nightmare due to the name not being rare! [email protected]
