Does any one have any information on John and Mary hughes lived in Gyfelia nr Ruabon north wales on 1871 and 1881 cencus thehad eight children one i believe was my great grand father he was also john hughes and married elizabeth haycocks any info would be usefull thanks .

Glenda, it might help if you are a bit more specific about the info you are after - 'any info' puts us off as there is every chance we will repeat what you already know!
And say what you have done - such as got a birth cert for a child if you are after Mary's maiden name, for example.
Please give birth years for them, and if you can post a census on here that would be great.

Thank you everyone I do have most of the info posted ,what I dont know is any more about my grt grt grt grandfather Thomas Hughes born abt 1793 died june 1886 I have his death cert he was living Gyfelia Terrace I dont know where he was buried or who his wife was he is on the 1881 living with his son Son John ,i have been unable to locate him on any other census ,MANY thanks for your interest

There are several births on familysearch to aThomas Hughes and a Mary in RUABON between 1818 and 1827 ,but no John

There is also a marriage on familysearch which may be the above couple
