Hi, we're trying to track down Hughes' from Holyhead Anglesey. Gail's ggrandfather was Robert (Bob) Pritchard c 1877 and he married Mary Hughes b1877 (also from Holyhead). Their eldest daughter Lizzie Mary (Gail's grandmother) was b 1904 Holyhead -Back Bluebell Place. They also had William, Robert, a girl that didn't survive infancy and Gwendoline. Her dad remembers that Bob snr was a stoker on the railway. Family rumour tells the tale that Mary Hughes was in some way connected to Holyhead lifeboat crew. We're really stuck with this line of our tree. There are just too many Pritchards and Hughes in Holyhead! If anyone thinks they could help us, we'd be most grateful. Pete and Gail Crawley.
