Member Since: May 2005 Posts: 4 Send Message	I am trying to find information on my mothers great grandparents my mother was born Mary Alice machews on the 18/4/1897 in Swansea but the family changed their to hughes,and I always knew them as hughes so I will refer to them as hughes.Her fathers name was John hughes born 1870 in Swansea and her mother was Alice hughes nee Williams born 1869 in Swansea. her grandfather was William Hughes born Swansea in 1831 and her grandmother was Mary hughes born 1835 in Swansea. yours sincerely Mr, H.Probert.
