Samuel and Margaret were my great-grandparents. The 1881 census shows them living in the WHITE LION Public House in CHILDER THORNTON where Samuel was the "Inn Keeper".
They had seven children including twins, Adelaide and Edith, Edward who was my Grandfather, and Samuel who I beleive married Jane and lived, in 1901, in Wavertree, Liverpool.
